The newly formed 7s team were up against a much stronger opposition this week and were really tested but everyone got involved.  Blackheath scored first while our goalie Lucy was kitting up, however once she came on the pitch we started to play better hockey.  We controlled the midfield and were eventually rewarded with a lovely strike from Darcey R from a short corner.  Isla C scored our second goal following some great possession play. The defence kept out Blackheath preventing them from equalising and we sneaked a third goal towards the end of the game, when the ball fell to Sarah C who pushed it past the goalie. Player of the match went to Claire R for her enthusiastic running and midfield play!  A fab team performance.
