On a chilly day out to south london the 3s were determined to make the trip worth while. After a miscalculated meet time and an hour break at M&S we were finally ready for the game to begin.
The game began swiftly with folkestone in possession and after a shot from Simon Thompson saw the keeper scrambling to make a save Jack Seagrove was on the ball. The right place right time for a quick lead to Folkestone
As the game restarted folkestone once again had the momentum retaining possesion until a magnificent ball in from Tom Nichols and a perfectly placed flick from Freddie increased their lead and they showed no signs of stopping
The second half began and once again Folkestone were determined to increase their two goal advantage and after a short corner was awarded to them Freddie Browne stepped up to deceive the opposition with a picturesque finish slotted straight into the bottom left corner leaving Folkestone and Blackheath in utter shock.
Finally with 10 minutes to go Kyle saw himself on the break and after an unselfish pass across the face of the goal rendering the keeper and defenders useless Freddie calmly collected his third and final goal wrapping up the game with a four nil lead
