The 2026/27 season will see FOHC continuing to run our Young Leaders Scheme across the Junior Section. This is an exciting opportunity for our young players to get involved with volunteering for the club, learning new skills and supporting the next generation of young Ops. Previous young leaders have gone on to complete EH Coaching Certificates and continue to coach for the Ops.

If you are planning on doing your DofE this year, then this is ideal for you. Young Leaders will be linked to particular squads and the relevant training sessions in the week. A Young Leader will be at least two years above the squad that they are working with. To get involved, you must be at least Year 8 (in September).
