We are pleased to announce the appointment of Norval Scott as Lead Coach for the Men’s 1’s & 2’s teams. Norval brings a depth of experience having played and coached at a number of clubs around the country, even having a spell in Canada. Some may know him as the Men’s 2’s captain last season, which following his new appointment he will be stepping down from that role.

We have a new 1st XI Captain in Bono Vincent, who takes over the role from Hugo Furneaux. Bono started his hockey career at the Optimists, leaving for University where he continued to play in the London Leagues. We are pleased to have him back and his experience will be an asset to the team and club.
Continuing his role as Co 1st XI Captain and Lead Coach for the 3’s to 7’s teams we have George Herd. George’s enthusiasm, energy and commitment to the club has been a driving force and we greatly appreciate having him onboard.
Further team captains will be announced later this month.

Ray and myself will continue with the role of Men’s Coordinators for this season.
Finally, a thank you to Phil Ithurralde who led the coaching last season and will be a key playing member of the 1’s this season, and to Hugo for Captaining the Mens 1st team.
